Our Leadership Team

Strategic Data Systems (SDS) was founded in 1992 by software developers who believed that exceptional talent, not volume, creates exceptional outcomes. From day one, we built our company around a simple principle: hire developers based solely on their technical strength, expertise, and professionalism, and clients will always receive the highest-quality solutions.

More than 30 years later, that philosophy remains core to who we are. With the recent acquisition of SDS by Ravi Manchala, a technology executive with decades of senior leadership experience, our commitment to excellence has only deepened.
